Bill Dixon’s law practice focuses on personal injury litigation and the development and support of small businesses. Representing individuals in state and federal courts, both at the trial-court and appellate levels, Mr. Dixon has secured awards for payment of injuries, pain and suffering. He has represented clients in cases involving medical negligence, motor vehicle and truck accidents, amputation injuries as well as workplace injuries.
Mr. Dixon also has significant experience in counseling the start-up and establishment of successful businesses, having extensive experience in the formation of business structures, drafting all types of corporate documents, giving strategic advice and rendering assistance to raise capital, as equity or as debt.
Mr. Dixon received his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan. Prior to founding his firm in 1987, Mr. Dixon practiced law at several large, prominent Philadelphia law firms and also in New York City and Boston where he focused on defending large corporations and municipalities in products liability and personal injury lawsuits. He remains a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania, New York and Massachusetts Bars.
Mr. Dixon now uses the skills that he developed as an attorney working for large corporations to assist individuals who have been injured. He sought to take his extensive experiences practicing law at large law firms to benefit individuals rather than large corporations.
